We process all orders within 1–3 business days, which means your order will be prepared for shipment within this timeframe after it is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days for the United Kingdom, 7–12 business days for Europe and the United States, and 10–20 business days for other international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delays

Incorrect Address
